Do I need prior experience to join the courses?
While prior knowledge is helpful, it’s not required. We recommend starting with our 2-hour seminar/webinar to get an overview before progressing to a more in-depth 2-day workshop. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.

Is there any online courses?

How do I enrol myself for the courses?
Simply click the sign-up button on the course landing page. For seminars/webinars, make the payment, and for workshops, fill out the form. Our team will follow up with you.

Is my payment refundable if I cannot attend the course?
We offer a refund policy on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend the course, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation and inform you about any applicable refund procedures.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I cannot attend?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance to facilitate the transfer and ensure a smooth process.

Are the courses HRDF Claimable?
Yes, all workshop courses are HRDF claimable. This does not apply to seminars/webinars.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Details of accepted payment methods will be provided at checkout during the registration process.
